Search Terms
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Marshall County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling after submission.
Messages
If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the information needed to read and answer the message. We do not share the message outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
